What happened to my salad dressing? - dijon dressing
I have the vinaigrette 2 days ago ... Olive oil, vinegar, herbs and a little Dijon mustard. Today it was separated in a strange noise (I refrigerated). I could not even mix. What happened and what can I do to prevent it from happening again?
