In the name of the love of God, some of you have nothing better to do than to beat this poor woman?

Son, the most important part of planning your child's baptism is done to coordinate with the priest, the sacrament (ie information about the date and time, sponsor / s if you ask for as a Catholic, etc.) If you had this discussion with a Priests and are ready to go, then the game is entirely optional.

If you want the people to a small party, light refreshments are perfect. It is essentially the same as planning any other party. For the decoration to be found if there is a Catholic book and supply store near you. If not, there are some good online sources. I recommend the link below, just because they have a variety of ships and fast. (The link is for the "baptism right" articles, I have no idea why they say that Christmas) ... Or you can get some ideas from them and not their own economy.

Why do we make this a big deal about? All the food you served at the buffet, if desired. Took me not even have a party. That is the crux of the baptism of a child who has no sense.
